Nursery Curriculum

Nursery Curriculum

Hollybush Nursery Unit is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 5 miles from the city centre, within the grounds of Hollybush Primary School. It is a purpose-built unit, which is completely separate and self-contained. It is a bright, colourful and welcoming environment, with its own outdoor play area including a safety surface.

The enthusiastic staff, consisting of a qualified teacher and nursery assistant, believe that Nursery Education is a very important first step for pre-school children to develop confidence and independence. We aim to encourage enquiring minds and promote positive self-esteem in a caring, stimulating and secure environment.

Finally, we emphasize the importance of the partnership between the nursery staff and parents/guardians in supporting and encouraging the children.
